Analyst & Architect

Kandidát je IT architekt, ktorý pôsobí na tejto pozícii viac ako 4 roky v komerčnej praxi. Jeho posledná pozícia bola pri vzniku oddelenia podnikovej architektúry a stratégie. Podľa rozdelenia kompetencií EA bol zodpovedný za dátovú architektúru a bezpečnostnú architektúru. V EA absolvoval viacero školení - Archimate, TOGAF, SOA, ... Ako architekt bol navrhovateľom/schvaľovateľom a sponzorom zmien v stratégii a architektúre IT z pohľadu dátovej architektúry. Prakticky sa to premietlo do projektov s dopadom na dátovú architektúru - eliminoval riziká, či už z pohľadu HW infraštruktúry (konsolidácia DB, vizualizácia infraštruktúry na úrovni serverov, sieťových prvkov, ...). integračnej architektúry (odhad zaťaženia dátových tokov, návrh optimalizačných opatrení). Pre vybrané hlavné komponenty analýza dátových modelov a ich reengineering. Ako IT analytik pracoval najmä na projektoch v oblasti poisťovníctva. Medzi jeho hlavné analytické úlohy patrili - analýza požiadaviek a ich rôznych vplyvov na aplikácie, koordinácia a prioritizácia požiadaviek, podpora a realizácia testov vydania pred nasadením, následná koordinácia a kontrola všetkých procesov. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíval agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum. Dokáže bez problémov komunikovať v anglickom jazyku. Pracoval aj ako Team Leader, ktorý viedol 13-členný tím, ako aj 5-členný virtuálny tím.
