Kandidát je skúsený vývojár UI/UX, ktorý má 20 rokov skúseností s komerčným dizajnom. Už 20 rokov pracuje s UI a 8 rokov s UX. Venuje sa najmä vývoju webových stránok, mobilných aplikácií a dizajnu. Už niekoľko rokov tiež denne pracuje s jazykom HTML5. Jeho angličtina je na mierne pokročilej úrovni, ale chodí na kurzy a každý deň. Z agilných metodík sa stretol najmä so Scrumom, ktorý implementoval na jednom zo svojich minulých projektov. Pozícia Team leadera mu rozhodne vyhovuje, v minulosti viedol 5-členný tím. V minulosti pracoval aj ako projektový manažér.
