Má tiež skúsenosti s Kanbanom za posledný polrok. Medzi svoje silné stránky by zaradil komunikatívnosť a vorkoholizmus. Ovláda anglický jazyk na úrovni C1/B2. Je otvorený všetkým príležitostiam, keďže súčasné zloženie tímu je medzinárodné, nemá problém ani s projektmi z tejto sféry, preto by uvítal zmenu z telekomunikačného na finančný sektor.
