Scrum Master

Kandidát je v súčasnosti Scrum Master s viac ako 1,5 ročnou praxou - podieľal sa na zavádzaní agilného prostredia do riadenia súčasnej spoločnosti - pracoval ako Scrum Master a neskôr ako Agile Coach. V súčasnosti pracuje 6 mesiacov ako Technical Product Owner. Má viac ako 10 rokov skúseností ako Java Developer/Tester, ale touto cestou sa už nechce uberať. Ako Scrum Master viedol 5 tímov, čo je v priemere 50 ľudí. Je veľmi reprezentatívny, má dobré vyjadrovacie schopnosti a analytické myslenie. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém.

Technical Product Owner: Responsible for development processes and supporting teams working on a credit registry platform. Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in the software development life cycle (CI/CD, development, QA, documentation). Implementing improvements, measuring results, and collecting feedback. Focus on test automation and embracing agile in a project-driven environment.

External Lecturer: Conducting workshops on databases, data modeling, automation testing in Selenium, and page object patterns. Sharing knowledge and expertise in these areas.

Lecturer: Conducting workshops on testing, test analysis, automation testing, and Android programming. Preparing workshops on business analysis, Java for beginners, agile and scrum, and product management techniques.

Collecting qualitative and quantitative data to come up with hypotheses for improvement. Planning and executing agile transformation, reorganizing teams into cross-functional teams. Protecting teams from external influences and raising awareness of agile approach across the organization.
