Scrum Master

Kandidát je skúsený Scrum Master s viac ako 5-ročnou praxou v komerčnej oblasti. V súčasnosti vedie 5 tímov po 9 ľuďoch a pridáva 3 nové tímy. Má na starosti riadenie vývojového tímu, riadenie procesu tvorby webových stránok, analýzu a návrh riešení pre jednotlivé projekty. Na aktuálnom projekte používajú nástroje Jira a Confluence. Aktívne komunikuje v anglickom jazyku, v ktorom vedie aj príležitostné stretnutia. Je držiteľom certifikátu Scrum.
