Product Owner & Project Manager & Scrum Master & Team Leader

Kandidát je Scrum Master, ktorý pôsobí v oblasti IT už 9 rokov. Päť a pol roka pracoval ako Java vývojár, potom prešiel na pozíciu projektového manažéra, Product Ownera a nakoniec Scrum Mastera (už 2 roky). Je otvorený technickým aj netechnickým pozíciám. Predpokladom je však zastávať pozíciu, na ktorej môže reálne viesť a usmerňovať ľudí. To znamená, že by privítal pozície Team Leader, Tech Leader, Project Manager, Product Owner a Scrum Master. Ako projektový manažér pracoval v agilnom tíme pozostávajúcom z celkovo až 30 ľudí, ako Scrum Master viedol až 6 tímov zložených z vývojárov a testerov. Uprednostňuje projekty v trvaní aspoň 6 mesiacov a uvítal by aj dlhodobejšiu spoluprácu. Jeho angličtina je na úrovni C1, je zvyknutý pracovať v angličtine, uvítal by prácu v anglicky hovoriacom tíme a bola by pre neho bonusom. Nemá vyslovene preferovaný sektor práce, ale veľmi ho láka oblasť Big Data a všetko, čo s ňou súvisí, ale je otvorený všetkým možnostiam.
