Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master, ktorý na tejto pozícii pracuje už takmer 3,5 roka. Do Scrumu prišla z projektového manažmentu, pretože ju bavila úzka práca s ľuďmi, ich vedenie, motivácia a rozvoj. Nepracovala ako agilný kouč, ani si na to so svojimi súčasnými skúsenosťami netrúfa. Ako Scrum Master má skúsenosti s vedením 1 - 4 tímov. Z cudzích jazykov ovláda angličtinu, ktorú používa denne, a nemčinu, ktorú už dlhšie nepoužívala, ale rada by sa k nej vrátila.

Scrum Master (02/2019 - present): Responsible for implementing Scrum and educating other departments on its principles. Managed a development team and assisted with project management and testing. Identified and resolved communication issues. Worked with remote teams in Prague and Novi Sad.

Scrum Master (02/2017 - 01/2019): Managed multiple development teams, addressing obstacles and supporting career growth. Improved team processes and facilitated Scrum events.

Web Project Manager (5/2016 - 01/2017): Worked with customers to understand their web and business goals, and managed projects accordingly. Translated customer needs into requirements for the team. Handled quality assurance and financial communication. Worked with remote teams in Prague and Novi Sad.

Business Operations Associate (3/2015 - 4/2016): Managed processes during a company split and migration to a new system. Handled invoicing, ordering, and setup using SAP SCM. Communicated with suppliers and customers globally. Worked with remote teams in Prague and Novi Sad.

Assistant of the Director (1/2014 - 12/2014): Handled administrative tasks, including invoicing and back-office support. Worked with remote teams in Prague and Novi Sad.

Ambassador (12/2010 - 5/2013): Created advertising campaigns and collaborated with the marketing team. Launched brand campaigns and communicated with customers. Worked with remote teams in Prague and Novi Sad.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics and Public Administration (2007-2011) and Master's degree in Economics and Administration of Environment (2011-2013) from the University of Economics, Prague.

Languages: Native Czech speaker, fluent in English, and proficient in German.
