Kandidátka sa venuje agilnému koučovaniu už 3 roky a je veľmi skúsená vo svojej práci. Podieľala sa na transformácii na agilné prostredie v rámci projektu, pričom spolupracovala s IT aj s obchodnými oddeleniami. Podieľala sa na procesoch výberu vedúcich pracovníkov, koučovala jednotlivé tímy. Pripravila tiež základy nového hypotekárneho produktu. Využívala napríklad JIRU alebo Confluence. Agilné prístupy má v malíčku. V súčasnosti denne používa angličtinu a plynule ovláda aj francúzštinu. Roky pracovala v bankovníctve a poisťovníctve a rada by zmenila prostredie. Vedie 28-členný tím.
