Otvorený človek s pozitívnym pohľadom na svet. Komunikácia v anglickom jazyku mu nerobí žiadne problémy.

September 2020 - Present: Agile Coach

• Co-designing the agile transformation within the organization.
• Coaching product owners of four agile teams.
• Coaching scrum masters of four agile teams.
• Working as an acting scrum master for four agile teams alongside the scrum masters selected from within the organization.
• Coaching and helping the agile teams in the matter of self-organization, agile project management, and customer-centered approach.

August 2017 - Present: Transformative Coach

• Facilitating group coaching sessions for A-level management and members of the board. Systemic and high-performance coaching.
• Coaching B-level management, systemic and high-performance coaching, coaching related to achieving their business goals, agile coaching.
• Conducting an analysis for implementing scrum and other agile methodologies. Coaching management in understanding and applying agile.
• Guiding teams towards self-organization. Helping organizations implement agile on a large scale.
• Individual high-performance coaching of the co-founder and a member of a board of a gaming company with over 300mil downloads and a billion USD in revenue.
• Assessment stage for implementing agile (scrum as desired framework) and designing next steps (June - July 2019).
• Coaching of board members and executives and agile transformation (November 2018 - May 2019).

March 2016 - April 2018: Traveling the World

• Fulfillment of dream to travel the world, while still being able to manage my client portfolio.

• Created an extensive internal education system which each new employee could go through and finish as an expert.
