Kandidát pracuje ako Scrum master už viac ako 4 roky a so Scrumom pracuje od roku 2011. Od roku 2011 zastával aj rôzne pozície vedúceho tímu, kde získal skúsenosti s BI. Okrem Scrumu používa najmä Kanban a Scrumban. Z technológií ovláda napríklad Oracle, MicroStrategy, SQL AWS. Zvyčajne vedie 7-členné tímy a má skúsenosti s vedením viacerých tímov súčasne. Svoju prácu robí najmä preto, že ho baví práca s ľuďmi a agilný vývoj. Najviac skúseností má s dátovou analytikou, BI, reportovaním alebo vývojom backendov a frontendov. Hovorí plynule anglicky a francúzsky.

Scrum Master (Freelance) (2019):

Responsible for project management and implementation of CMS and eshop. Provided coaching for the Charlie & Delta teams and facilitated scrum workshops.

Scrum Master | Delivery Manager (Freelance) (2018):

Managed project implementation and provided scrum coaching for the business team. Oversaw the esales and appboost squad teams and handled delivery management.

Scrum Master (Freelance) (2017-2018):

Worked on various industries, including renewable energy. Provided project management, client and team scrum coaching, and handled web and mobile app development. Also involved in project administration and hiring.

Scrum Master | Project Manager (Freelance) (2015-2016):

Managed the migration of 122 webpages to responsive design in the US public sector. Led a team of approximately 50 people and implemented internal processes and governance. Received recognition for webby awards and lovie awards.

BI Project Manager (2013-2014):

Led the decommission and replacement of DWH, as well as the consolidation of group management reporting. Implemented BI processes and data governance in the finance industry.

Project Lead and Managed Services Team Lead | BI Specialist (2011-2013):

Managed projects according to agile principles in finance, insurance, and telco industries. Also involved in business development and coaching.

Education:

Graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague with a degree in System Engineering. Also studied at École Polytechnique de Montréal, Université de Technologie de Troyes, Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers.
