Kandidát má približne 15 rokov skúseností ako Scrum master, ktoré získal aj počas svojho pôsobenia ako projektový manažér. Bol zodpovedný za 3 tímy zložiek Scrum, spoluprácu, komunikáciu a zlepšovanie procesov. Jeho úloha spočíva aj v školení a vedení tímu, 20-60 ľudí. Na dennej báze pracuje s metodikami Scrum, Kanban, ale najradšej pracuje v SAFe (3 roky). Jeho angličtina je na úrovni C2, 6 rokov žil v New Yorku.
