Mám bohaté skúsenosti s riadením implementácie informačných systémov v spoločnostiach v rôznych segmentoch predaja alebo poskytovania služieb, a to v súkromnom aj verejnom sektore. Počas môjho dlhoročného pôsobenia v oblasti informačných technológií som prešiel všetkými pozíciami, ktoré sa podieľajú na implementácii ERP. Začínal som ako konzultant a postupne, ako som získaval skúsenosti, som sa prepracoval na pozíciu senior konzultanta, analytika, projektového manažéra až po senior PM. V súčasnosti dokončujem pridelenú fázu vývoja interného IS pre globálnu poisťovňu a budem k dispozícii od 1. mája 2016.

12/2007 - 12/2010: Led a team of 11 employees as a Business Development Manager and ERP Project Manager. Developed a proprietary MIS and managed the development of the MIS lithium project.

04/2003 - 12/2007: Served as the CEO, Business Development Manager, and ERP Analyst. Managed the sales and support of ERP Info Office, recruited employees, and ensured the smooth operation of the company.

10/1998 - 04/2003: Founded and managed a company focused on sales and support of ERP Info Office. Built a team of consultants and programmers and achieved a customer base of 160 clients. Led the company, handled sales and support, recruited new employees, and managed the overall operations.

01/2014 - Present: Currently working as a Senior Analyst and Project Manager. Involved in the pre-implementation analysis of a BI project for a pharmacy chain and project delivery of BI for Zurich Insurance.

10/2012 - 12/2013: Established a new company providing employee benefit services for Dell Computer. Built a new team and successfully managed benefit programs for approximately 800,000 employees.
