Uchádzač je manažér, ktorý pôsobí na tejto pozícii v obchodnej praxi viac ako 3 roky. Pracoval sám, takže mal na starosti celú agendu a všetko riešil individuálne od prijatia požiadavky od klienta, komunikácie, riadenia, kontroly, dopravy, aktívnej komunikácie s oddeleniami a koncovými klientmi, fakturácie, optimalizácie procesov a pod. Bez problémov komunikuje v angličtine a rozumie písanému textu v nemčine (v súčasnosti aktívne navštevuje kurz nemeckého jazyka). Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban.
