Kandidát je skúsený vlastník produktu/produktový manažér, ktorý pôsobí na tejto pozícii viac ako 3 roky v komerčnej praxi. Predtým pracoval 5 rokov ako projektový manažér pre viacerých spokojných klientov. Medzi jeho hlavné úlohy patrilo - zhromažďovanie požiadaviek od zainteresovaných strán, definovanie vízie projektu, koordinácia členov a úloh projektu, vytváranie nových funkcionalít a plnenie časových míľnikov, proces následnej starostlivosti a sledovanie. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíval agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum (pracoval aj ako Scrum Master), Kanban a Scrumban. Bez problémov komunikuje v angličtine, ktorú denne používa. Pracoval aj ako Team Leader, kde viedol menšie tímy do 10 ľudí a väčšie tímy nad 20 ľudí.
