Kandidátka je skúsená projektová manažérka, ktorá pracuje vo svojom odbore viac ako 7 rokov. Na svojom konte má viacero úspešných a veľkých projektov, ako napríklad implementáciu úplne nového produktu v spoločnosti s finančným zameraním. Má za sebou aj implementáciu GDPR a celopodnikové úpravy, pri ktorých spolupracovala s externým právnikom. Bola zodpovedná za koordináciu interných zdrojov v 3 krajinách. Bola zodpovedná za včasné dodanie projektu alebo za dodržanie rozpočtu. Agilný prístup je jej vlastný a našla sa v ňom, má skúsenosti aj s Waterfallom. Anglický jazyk pre ňu na projekte nepredstavuje problém. Nemá preferovanú oblasť práce, IT ju baví a svoje skúsenosti môže najviac využiť na dlhodobých projektoch. Mala možnosť riadiť tím viac ako 20 ľudí.
