Project Manager

Uchádzač pracuje ako projektový manažér už takmer 5 rokov. Pracuje na klientskych aj interných projektoch. V súčasnosti má na starosti procesy týkajúce sa bezpečnosti liekov a ich registrácie, pričom sa venuje aj legislatívnej stránke veci. Jej predchádzajúca práca bola silne orientovaná na IT a dizajn, kde dohliadala na vývoj aplikácií, zaoberala sa dizajnom UX a organizovala workshopy. Vo svojej práci je vždy prínosom, pretože sa neustále podieľa na vývoji procesov a snaží sa ich zlepšovať. Zaujíma sa najmä o ich automatizáciu, zber údajov a stabilitu projektov a implementovala niekoľko úspešných riešení, pri ktorých získala skúsenosti aj s princípmi riadenia zmien. Má bohaté skúsenosti s agilným prostredím, ako aj s vodopádovým riadením projektov. Dobre sa orientuje vo vývoji aplikácií, ich údržbe a je zbehlá v úzkej spolupráci s produktovými manažérmi. Väčšinou pracuje v medzinárodnom prostredí, takže denne plynule hovorí anglicky. Pôsobí aj ako školiteľka vedúcich pracovníkov.
