Product Owner & Project Manager

Kandidát pracuje ako Product owner a zároveň ako manažér ľudí v scrum tíme. Vyvíja produkty Citrix a robí rôzne integrácie. Z pohľadu PO je zodpovedný od plánovania až po dodanie produktu tretím stranám. Ako manažér je zodpovedný za veci ako výkon, vývoj a rozvoj ľudí. V minulosti pracoval aj ako analytik a v IT odvetví pôsobí už takmer 6 rokov. Spomedzi agilných metodík používa scrum. Jeho angličtina je na veľmi dobrej úrovni. V súčasnosti vedie tím 10 ľudí. Zaujímajú ho krátkodobé aj dlhodobé projekty. Najviac ho láka FinTech alebo Big Data, ale je otvorený všetkým možnostiam.

Product Owner / Engineering Manager (November 2018 - present): I oversee the integration team, which includes engineers, developers, QA, and trainees. My responsibilities include working with product managers to develop product features, managing team goals and delivery, and prioritizing backlog. As a people manager, I handle new hires, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

Integration Lead (2017 - November 2018): Joined as an integration engineer and worked on integrating the product with various third-party systems. Became the team leader responsible for team delivery and new hires. Also assisted the US field team in deploying the application to customers' infrastructure.

Senior Information Technology Business System Analyst (2017): Member of a .NET development scrum team focused on the credit register application. Collected and discussed requirements, created user stories, and participated in customer projects.

Senior Analyst, Retail Energy Management-Gas SK (2016 - 2017): Developed interfaces and automated processes for the web app. Also worked on data collection and forecasting related to gas consumption.

Forecasting Analyst (2015 - 2016): Designed load profile models for B2C, developed neural models for short-term consumption forecasting, and coordinated platform changes for forecasting systems.

Senior Analyst, Wholesale Structuring (2011 - 2015): Developed sale-risk management interfaces, defined B2B CRM system database content, and programmed SQL queries for reporting and pricing tools. Also supported sales, prepared nonstandard contracts, and collaborated internationally within the company.
