Project Manager

Uchádzač je projektový manažér s viac ako 2-ročnou praxou. Najskôr však pracoval ako správca podnikových aplikácií a zaoberal sa menšími úpravami systému. Následne sa začal podieľať na projektových úlohách, komunikoval s dodávateľmi, pripravoval analýzy a správy. V súčasnosti má na starosti väčšie projekty, ktoré rieši od začiatku až po ich prevzatie. Riadi približne 2 ľudí, architekta riešení a vývojového inžiniera. Pri koordinácii je to však 15 - 20 ľudí z rôznych tímov. Jeho angličtina je na úrovni B2/C1, rád komunikuje. Nepracuje priamo so Scrumom, ale na podobnej báze.

09/2020 – Present: Business Analyst

As part of a team of analysts, I am responsible for analyzing and documenting the needs and processes of a bank. This includes describing current processes, conducting gap analysis, and proposing optimization steps for future implementation. I collaborate with bank employees and managers on a daily basis and use enterprise architect to draw business processes. I also participate in the creation of a new IT system for the bank.

09/2017 – 03/2020: Business Analyst

In this role, I coordinated small projects and registered them in CA Service Desk. I also worked on addressing customer requirements through workflow setup and analyzed internal customer requirements. I collaborated on solution design, communicated with developers and customers, participated in tenders, and submitted projects for approval.

05/2014 – 09/2017: Senior Application Manager

As the manager of the ECM application, I also managed HP PPM and negotiated with suppliers for problem-solving and service contract terms. I participated in project management for ECM applications and self-managed small changes. Additionally, I communicated with the guarantors of ECM applications on behalf of the customer.

03/2013 - 04/2014: Marketing Network Specialist

In this role, I obtained data from an SQL database to create reports for the partner business network. I communicated with partners, handled contracting and administration, and provided basic IT support. I was responsible for creating reports for the entire sales network in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

02/2011 – 03/2013: Senior Support Specialist

As a senior support specialist, my responsibilities included data repair in an SQL database, IT support, and maintaining customer service applications. I also participated in testing and deploying customer service applications, as well as assisting in application development and managing new employees.
