Kandidát je skúsený vývojár Pega s 12-ročnou praxou. Okrem vývoja však v tej istej spoločnosti pôsobí aj ako Delivery Lead. V podstate pracuje pre rôzne tímy pre rôzne zákaznícke cesty. Je tiež súčasťou riešiteľskej skupiny, ktorá pracuje na programe pre Holandsko z pohľadu pega. Ako Delivery Lead sa stará o všetkých inžinierov a tímy DevOps, Pega rozmiestnené v Holandsku, Indii a Rumunsku. Ašpiruje na vedúcu pozíciu. Okrem toho je súčasťou agilného prostredia využívajúceho Scrum. Hovorí plynule anglicky a začal sa učiť aj holandčinu, ktorá je v súčasnosti na úrovni A2.
