Project Manager & Scrum Master

Ibrahim je projektovým manažérom už takmer tri roky. Predtým pracoval ako výkonný manažér, kde bol zodpovedný za každodenné prevádzkové plány a stratégie úspory nákladov. V súčasnosti riadi a realizuje projekty pre vládny sektor, konkrétne viac ako 6 medzinárodných projektov v oblasti veľkých dát. Projekty pozostávajú zo 4 fáz a ich výstupom je identifikačný systém pre vyšetrovateľov. Má skúsenosti s riadením viacerých tímov, pričom najväčší z nich pozostával zo 44 ľudí. Na aktuálnom projekte vedie tím 18 ľudí, v ktorom je päť Čechov a traja Slováci. Je certifikovaný Scrum master a je zvyknutý viesť pracovné tímy agilným tempom, pričom najčastejšie využíva Scrum aj Waterfall. Jeho rodným jazykom je arabčina, plynule ovláda angličtinu a spomenul, že jeho druhým jazykom je taliančina, ktorú by však musel trochu oprášiť.
