Uchádzač je nielen skúsený architekt, ale aj konzultant, vedúci tímu, projektant a programátor. V súčasnom projekte automatizuje telekomunikácie a zameriava sa na zavedenie digitálnych možností do všetkých kanálov, integruje nové online systémy s veľkými transakčnými aplikáciami. Realizujú elektronický obchod a prepájajú ho s call centrami a pobočkami. Na projekte pracuje s mikroslužbami, Javou,NodeJS, PHP, Ansible, Jenkinsom, Linuxom a ovláda SQL. Má skúsenosti s konzultáciami IT projektov, architektúrou a vývojom interných systémov. Vyvíjal firemné webové stránky a databázy. Dlhodobo pracuje v agilnom prostredí, najmä so Scrumom, a je zodpovedný za každodenné plnenie úloh. Niekoľkokrát formálne alebo neformálne viedol tím s maximálne 12 ľuďmi. Denne používa angličtinu a je otvorený medzinárodným projektom.
