Analyst

Kandidát sa venuje analýze už 18 rokov. Zameriava sa na obchodnú analýzu, ale má skúsenosti aj s IT a analýzou údajov a datawarehouse. Medzi jeho hlavné skúsenosti patrí príprava predbežnej štúdie, návrh komunikačných rozhraní, príprava zadaní pre programátorov, spracovanie internej komunikácie, príprava usecases, ako aj príprava logického a fyzického dátového modelu. Pri svojej práci využíva najmä jazyk UML. Je schopný porozumieť aj kódu, pretože úzko spolupracuje s vývojármi a testermi a zvyčajne spolu s vývojárom prechádza kód v rámci riadenia incidentov. V minulosti bol zodpovedný aj za vedenie tímu analytikov a je zvyknutý pracovať agilne, najmä pomocou metódy Scrum. Ovláda angličtinu na mierne pokročilej úrovni.

2004 - Present: Analyst

• Communicating with customers and identifying their needs for system development, proposing improvements and automation.
