Jan je skúsený obchodný analytik s takmer 15-ročnou praxou. Väčšinu času pracuje s BPMN, ale má skúsenosti aj s UML. Na svojej poslednej pozícii analyzoval procesy v spoločnosti. Okrem toho mal na starosti aj testovanie a tvorbu diagramov. Analyzoval aj procesy CRM a pracoval na projekte vývoja nového CRM. Z agilných metodík má skúsenosti so Scrumom.
