Architect & Project Manager

Kandidát je senior architekt riešení so skúsenosťami s jazykmi C++, JavaScript, React a PHP. Používal tiež Oracle a iné relačné databázy. Prišiel do kontaktu aj s .Net, aj keď je to už niekoľko rokov. V súčasnosti spravuje jeden server s backendom v jazyku Java. Pokiaľ ide o jazyk C++, časť kódu napísal aj on. Nachádza sa v Osijeku a je otvorený občasným návštevám kancelárie v Záhrebe, aj niekoľkokrát do mesiaca, ale nie na týždennej báze. Nemá problém komunikovať v angličtine a po určitom tréningu dokáže použiť aj nemčinu. Sú pre neho prijateľné dlhodobé aj krátkodobé projekty, vo väčších aj menších tímoch. Štandardné zamestnanie je pre neho preferovanou možnosťou, keďže celú svoju kariéru pracoval ako štandardný zamestnanec. V súčasnosti má pracovné miesto, ale hľadá niečo nové. Výpovedná lehota je 1 mesiac.

1. Senior Solution Architect (2022 - Present)

• Designing and implementing solutions for company customers, primarily in the government sector.
• Interfacing with stakeholders to determine their needs and generating high-level system requirements.
• Planning system upgrades and updates, ensuring compliance with stakeholder requirements.
• Partitioning large systems into subsystems and ensuring a robust and extensible design.
• Implementing small fixes and changes on various systems.
• Major project: FMIS - Financial management system for government budget users.

2. System Architect (2021 - 2022)

• Designing and implementing strategic goals for managing and maintaining system and software for a major Croatian bank.
• Interfacing with stakeholders to determine their needs and generating high-level system requirements.
• Partitioning large systems into subsystems and ensuring a robust and extensible design.
• Ensuring all products and documentation are up to date.
• Major project: Omnichannel - UniCredit Group's effort to create a single channel for all customer and bank needs.

3. Security Master (2021)

• Educating development teams on secure software development practices.
• Ensuring projects are compliant with secure protocols and reviewing features for security flaws.
• Collaborating with the Security Audit Team for auditing features.

4. Senior Software Developer (2018 - 2021)

• Developing solutions for LTE (4G) and NR (5G) base stations.
• Part of a cross-functional team responsible for solution development, design, and unit testing.
• Collaborating with network engineers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
