Kandidát je veľmi priateľský architekt, ktorý prešiel viacerými pozíciami vo svete IT, ako napríklad Service Delivery, TOGAF, Requirements and Business Analysis, Project and Risk Management. Najviac mu vyhovuje byť konzultantom a architektom. V obchodnej oblasti má viac ako 15 rokov skúseností na týchto pozíciách. V minulosti zastával aj pozíciu Scrum Master na jednom projekte. Jeho najbohatšie skúsenosti sú z oblasti zdravotníctva, ekonomiky a vládnych projektov. Viedol tím 7 ľudí. V súčasnosti vo svojej práci nepoužíva agilné metodiky, ale na predchádzajúcich projektoch pracoval so Scrumom a dvojtýždňové šprinty mu nerobia problém. Bol členom medzinárodných projektov, ovláda angličtinu a dokonca aj základy nemčiny.
