Kandidát je AEM architekt a konzultant s 10 rokmi skúseností v AEM a 13 rokmi skúseností v Jave. Má skúsenosti s vedením tímu 8-12 ľudí. Úloha Tech Lead je pre neho prijateľná, ale nevenuje sa administratíve. Nemá problém komunikovať v angličtine a podľa jeho slov má aj nemčinu na úrovni C1. Zmluva na voľnej nohe je pre neho jedinou možnosťou. Je otvorený práci v menších aj väčších tímoch a tiež sú pre neho prispôsobiteľné dlhodobé aj krátkodobé projekty. Nachádza sa v Poľsku a uprednostňuje prácu na 100 % na diaľku, hoci je schopný diskutovať o možnostiach cestovania. Na svojej súčasnej pozícii má výpovednú lehotu 1 mesiac.
