Delivery Manager

Kandidát je kvalifikovaný vedúci tímu, ktorý pracuje aj ako vedúci dodávky. Pozíciu Team Leader zastáva od roku 2016 a od roku 2019 jej pribudla zodpovednosť Delivery Manager. Medzi jej každodenné úlohy patrí vedenie tímu zloženého z vývojárov a analytikov, koordinácia dodávok v spolupráci s externými dodávateľmi a interným vývojovým tímom a zodpovednosť za dodržiavanie termínov dodávok a rozpočtov. Na starosti mám aj výberové konania a pohovory. ITIL je jednou z metodík, ktoré denne využíva najmä pri riešení incidentov. Angličtinu ovláda na komunikatívnej úrovni a nemá problém vychádzať v medzinárodnom tíme.
