Kandidát je architekt riešení, ktorý predtým pracoval ako softvérový inžinier. Najviac zručností má v jazyku Java, približne 5 rokov skúseností, ale pracoval aj s Angular 2 a React na frontende, ale to bolo pred niekoľkými rokmi. Navrhol, skonštruoval a nastavil celú architektúru systému. Pracoval väčšinou v tímoch s viac ako 10 ľuďmi, ako podskupina veľkých tímov. Sídli v Oroslavje a je otvorený návštevám kancelárie v Záhrebe v hybridnom režime, s niekoľkými dňami v týždni v kancelárii, pretože chápe dôležitosť interakcie tvárou v tvár a niekoľkými doma. Nemá problém komunikovať v angličtine a v pracovnom prostredí dokáže využiť aj nemčinu na úrovni A2-B1. Výrazne uprednostňuje dlhodobé projekty. Je otvorený štandardnému zamestnaniu aj externej zmluve. V súčasnosti má pracovné miesto, ale je otvorený niečomu novému. Má výpovednú lehotu 1 mesiac.
