Manual Tester

Kandidát je manuálny tester s 5 rokmi skúseností v oblasti obchodu. V súčasnosti testuje produktové aplikácie na rôznych operačných systémoch, ako sú Windows, Android a iOS. Okrem toho pripravuje a udržiava testovacie prípady aplikácií pomocou testovacích nástrojov, ako sú Postman a Selenium. Rieši technické problémy a chyby so zákazníkmi. Vytvára a aktualizuje technickú dokumentáciu a používateľské príručky. Vykonáva aj analytickú činnosť a v prípade potreby pripravuje požiadavky a zmeny. Technologické nástroje má skúsenosti s Jira, Rest API, PostgreSQL, SQL, JSON, HTML, XML, UML, Linux. Má na starosti onboarding nových kolegov. Ovláda anglický jazyk.

• Responsibilities: Testing product applications in Windows, Android, and iOS operating systems

Service Engineer: November 2016 - March 2018

• Responsibilities: Installation and uninstallation of simple and complex electrical control systems
• Troubleshooting and cause analysis of an automated production line
• Monitoring and inspecting the entire environment of the automated production line
• Optimization of some old systems

Storage Administrator: December 2014 - June 2016

• Responsibilities: Administration of enterprise storage and backup environments
• Managing SAN, NAS, and backup platforms and components from major vendors such as HDS, IBM, EMC2, NetApp, Symantec, Brocade, and Cisco
• Managing filers, SAN switches, tape libraries, disk arrays, and related infrastructure
• Designing, implementing, and operating the service life-cycle phases
• Operating according to the T-Systems process setup based on ITIL (incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management)
• Providing 2nd level support and participating in project work
• Being on-call for 24/7 service or working in shift
