Kandidát je skúsený tester/špecialista na podporu predaja s odbornými znalosťami v oblasti manuálneho testovania mobilných aplikácií a zákazníckej podpory. Má znalosti programovacích jazykov Kotlin, Switch a Ruby. Tester/Support sales specialist (01/2022 - present): Responsible for manual testing of mobile applications, creating testing scenarios, and basic knowledge of Kotlin, Switch, and Ruby. Also involved in customer support, handling XML, JSON, and Firebase. Additionally, managed project orders.
IT relay (09/2018 - 12/2021): Provided IT support for South Bohemia stores, conducted regular maintenance of user hardware, and trained colleagues on hardware, enterprise applications, and basic cybersecurity.
Country relay - enterprise mobile application (01/2019 - 12/2021): Tested beta version, integrated new modules into enterprise processes, conducted training on new features, and evaluated the effectiveness of the e-commerce module.
Sportleader - water sports (05/2016 - 12/2021): Worked in the forecasting department, responsible for planning department structure, recruitment, and integration of new colleagues. Also served as a shift supervisor and conducted product training for the entire Czech Republic.
