Kandidát je samostatný inžinier automatizácie testov so skúsenosťami v oblasti automatizácie testov, analýzy testov a techník manuálneho testovania. Ovláda rôzne programovacie jazyky, napríklad Python a JavaScript, a má skúsenosti s nástrojmi ako Robot Framework, Postman a Jira. Je držiteľom certifikátov ISTQB Foundation a ISTQB Agile Tester Extension. V predchádzajúcom pôsobisku v spoločnosti Tesena s.r.o. pracoval na projektoch pre Škoda Auto a.s., kde bol zodpovedný za automatizáciu testovania a testovanie funkčných aj nefunkčných požiadaviek. Pracoval aj ako QA inžinier v spoločnosti Vitadio, kde sa venoval automatizácii testov s využitím Python/Robot Framework. Pred svojou kariérou v IT pracoval ako stážista letových dispečerov a HR analytik v spoločnosti Amazon. Má tiež skúsenosti ako člen palubného personálu v spoločnosti Ryanair.

Test Automation Engineer: A self-reliant test automation engineer with a strong background in testing. Experienced in test automation, test analysis, and manual testing techniques. Enthusiastic about exploratory testing and continuously learning and developing hard skills. Fluent in Czech and English.
Test Automation Engineer: Responsible for test automation architecture and testing for projects. Main responsibilities include data and component migration, testing functional and non-functional requirements, and implementing test automation using various tools such as Robot Framework and Postman.
QA Engineer: Worked as a QA Engineer in a startup environment. Conducted test automation for a web app using Python and Robot Framework. Provided coaching to testers for maintaining and extending existing test sets. Set up Jira with custom fields and workflows, and consulted on approaches to ensure quality software.
Air Traffic Controller Trainee: Completed a trainee program in air traffic control for the Czech Republic. Selected through a rigorous selection process. Although did not make it through the finals, gained valuable experience in air traffic control.
HR Analyst: Worked as an HR Analyst for one year.
Cabin Crew: Worked as a cabin crew member for Ryanair based in Dublin, Ireland.
