IT Manager & Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master od roku 2020. Jeho hlavnými úlohami sú implementácia agilných metodík, určovanie vhodných dĺžok šprintov, zlepšovanie metrík, zvyšovanie efektivity, plánovanie, komunikácia s externými tímami a pomoc pri riešení problémov . Zodpovedá za dodržiavanie agilných ceremónií. Vedie tím k samostatnosti a zodpovednosti. Zlepšuje procesy a pokrýva koučovanie s Jira a Parabol. Z hľadiska nástrojov a technológií má znalosti .net, C#, Visual Studio, Git, Gitlab, Microsoft Office, TFS, Jenkins, Confluence, AWS, CI/CD. Viedol tímy s približne 10 členmi. Plynulo ovláda anglický jazyk.

• Responsibilities: Programmer in .NET environment using C# language

• Design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of tools, as well as small and medium-sized applications for various clients:Large distributor of garden equipment
• Insurance company with a large number of branches
• Major distributors of optics in Slovakia and the Czech Republic
• Design and development of tools to simplify processes and procedures within the company, focusing on quality of life improvements
• Work on low-level interfaces for tools utilizing biometric data
• Development of an application for management, streaming, archiving, and on-demand queries for live video from cameras
• Design and development of applications for managing remote repositories, databases, and their synchronization, including e-shops. Import and export of data between proprietary systems
