IT obchodný analytik s takmer 4-ročnou praxou v oblasti obchodu. Viac ako 6 rokov pracuje v oblasti financií, konkrétne v poisťovníctve. Medzi jej hlavné zodpovednosti patrí analýza obchodných požiadaviek, dokumentácia, komunikácia s vývojármi, testermi a používateľmi. Taktiež vytvára používateľské prípady a vykonáva minimálne testovanie, v minulosti sa stretla s unit, systémovými, integračnými alebo UAT testami. Na tvorbu diagramov používa UML a Enterprise Architect, predtým pracovala v BPMN. Medzi ďalšie technológie, s ktorými pracovala, patria Jira, Microsoft Power BI, SQL a Azure DevOps. Bežne mentoruje mladším kolegom. Pracuje v agilnom prostredí, v systéme Scrum. Anglicky komunikuje na profesionálnej úrovni.
