Siebel je lokálny systém, ktorý bol predtým FE, ale teraz je BE a je migrovaný na technológie Pega. Je zodpovedný za 5 vývojárov s rôznou úrovňou seniority. Okrem toho poskytuje konzultácie týkajúce sa systémov Pega. Je zvyknutý pracovať v agilnom prostredí Scrum. Denne majú retrospektívy, šprinty a ceremónie. Hovorí plynule anglicky.
