Prvým projektom, na ktorom pracoval, bola pozícia pre 3D grafiku, skripty boli napísané v jazyku C#. V súčasnosti pracuje na čiastočný úväzok ako podpora a vývojár L1 - podieľa sa na aktualizácii AI na FE, je tiež pohotovostnou podporou.

• Providing IT support as a Level 1 (L1) support engineer for the client.
• Primary responsibilities include answering calls, troubleshooting issues, and finding workarounds.
• Responsible for ticket creation and management in ServiceNow, as well as working with the ServiceNow platform.
