React Developer

Kandidát je skúsený vývojár, ktorý sa vývoju venuje od roku 2007. Okrem vývoja front-endu sa venoval najmä dizajnu používateľského rozhrania a UX. Posledných 8 rokov sa zameriava na React, ale dizajn ho stále baví. Z juniorskej pozície dokáže zasiahnuť aj do back-endu, keďže má základné znalosti Node.js. Popri vývoji niekoľkokrát pôsobil aj ako projektový manažér alebo technický vedúci, kde napr. sám navrhoval a riadil projekt, vytváral rozhrania, riadil desať vývojárov a rozdeľoval ich prácu, komunikoval s ostatnými tímami a na jednom projekte nahradil aj scrum mastera. Z agilných metodík používa Scrum, Kanban aj Scrumban. Hovorí plynule anglicky.
