Kandidát je skúsený odborník s odbornými znalosťami v oblasti riadenia poskytovania služieb, riadenia projektov a inžinierstva. Má silné zázemie v oblasti riadenia IT služieb a projektových metodík, ako sú PRINCE2 a SCRUM, a vyniká vo vedení projektov vývoja softvéru a zavádzaní IT systémov v podnikovom prostredí. V súčasnosti pôsobí ako Service Delivery Manager, kde dohliada na agilný životný cyklus vývoja softvéru a riadi vydávanie a zavádzanie aplikácií pre koncových používateľov.
