Responsibilities include Agile methodology, working on enhancements for the Digi flayer, close cooperation with customers, proposing new features, and collaboration among team members.
• Agile delivery coach (01/2022 – 07/2022) Worked with multiple teams as an Agile delivery coach, addressing release schedules, team requirements, and dependencies. Collaborated with other agile coaches and tribe members to develop features, address communication challenges, and manage releases.
• Rohlik application (6/2021 – 12/2021) Developed the customer app for a prominent European e-grocery retailer, handling new requirements, preparing apps for distribution, and estimating new requirements. Responsibilities included Agile methodology incorporating Spotify principles.
• MySkoda app (9/2019 – 6/2021) Focused on coaching teams, removing organizational impediments, and facilitating communication between development and product teams. Implemented LESS agile practices and set up and administered various tools.
• 3 apps (6/2018-7/2019) Worked on developing 3 apps, focusing on Agile methodology, test automation, and manual testing. Responsibilities included test implementation, bug logging, and generating reports.
