• Coordination of the infrastructure project NorEMSO
• Organization of meetings and project communication
• Management of websites and social media
• Gathering information for reporting to grant agencies

PROJECT ASSISTANT AND SOCIAL COUNSELOR

• Assisting the volunteer coordinator
• Coordination of language courses and teachers
• Organization of discussions and cultural events
• Planning activities for families with children
• Counseling for job seekers, immigrants, and individuals in difficult economic or social situations

SENIOR EVENTS COORDINATOR

• Preparation of documentation for events
• Communication with event participants
• Compilation of performance and success overviews
• Ensuring team compliance with proper procedures and providing training
• Direct support to team leader and her substitute in case of absence
