V tomto dokumente sú uvedené pravidlá propagačnej vedomostnej súťaže SMS. Je jediným dokumentom, ktorým sa súťaž riadi, a je platný od dátumu uverejnenia. Organizátor si vyhradzuje právo zmeniť pravidlá bez predchádzajúceho upozornenia. Podmienkou účasti v súťaži je vek nad 18 rokov a trvalý pobyt na Slovensku. Zamestnanci organizátora a spriaznené osoby sú z účasti v súťaži vylúčení. Súťaž spočíva v zaslaní SMS v správnom formáte na určené číslo, pričom výhercovia budú kontaktovaní telefonicky za účelom prevzatia výhry.

The organizer of the SMS competition is responsible for managing the competition. The competition is open to individuals over 18 years old with full legal capacity and permanent residence in Slovakia. Employees of the organizer and other collaborating entities are excluded from participating. Winners must meet the eligibility criteria to receive their prize. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants suspected of fraudulent behavior.

Participants can enter the competition by sending an SMS in the correct format to a designated number. Each valid SMS entry increases the participant's chances of winning. Winners are selected daily during a broadcast. Prizes must be claimed by correctly stating the daily password during a phone call. Unclaimed prizes roll over to the next day. Participants agree to the official rules by entering the competition. The cost of each SMS entry is 2 EUR with VAT.

The technical service for the SMS competition is provided. Participants can send multiple SMS entries from the same phone number. Winners are contacted via the phone number used to enter the competition. Unclaimed prizes are carried over to the next day, increasing the daily prize amount. Participants must provide their name, surname, and address when contacted. The minimum daily prize is 1,000 EURO before taxes. The organizer updates the prize amount as needed.
