Kandidát je skúsený prevádzkový manažér s praxou v oblasti riadenia a vedenia hotelov. Pracoval na rôznych pozíciách, napríklad ako technický a športový riaditeľ, manažér baru a vedúci kancelárie v rôznych krajinách vrátane Švajčiarska, Japonska a Slovenska. Kandidát je tiež skúsený lyžiarsky inštruktor a manažér podujatí s vášňou pre freeride a testovanie softvéru. V súčasnosti absolvuje stáž ako softvérový tester s certifikátmi ISTQB a SQL. Medzi jeho technické zručnosti patria okrem iného Postman API, SQL a Figma.

2022 - 2023 As an operations manager at a resort in Slovakia, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2018 - 2021 In the role of technical & sport director for the Slovak ski association, served as the press attache and media coordinator, handling communication and coordination for sporting events.

2015 - 2016 Managed the bar on a river cruise in Switzerland, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

2014 Managed the office for a tourism organization in Slovakia, handling administrative tasks and organizational duties.

2017 - 2018 As a bar manager in Japan, oversaw the operations of a pizza restaurant, managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.

2016 - present (Contract) Working as an alpine educator and examiner, providing ski instruction at various levels in Slovakia, Japan, and Australia.

2018 - present (Contract) Currently working as an event manager in Slovakia, handling event planning and coordination.
