• Responsible for mission-critical internal and external APIs in the Payroll Configuration team
• Participate in architectural discussions and service design

• Ensure maintainability and scalability of high-load systems

• Design REST APIs and data libraries for Windows/Unix-based systems

• Implement Python-based background jobs for data analysis and integrity checks

• Deliver platform-agnostic automation and reporting tools

• Develop core modules and maintain existing systems for Radiant POS Configuration Center

• Work on high-performance, configuration-driven backend systems

• Build integrations for seamless login, job search proxies, and external newspaper systems

• Develop and maintain services in C# and Python

• Develop SOAP and REST service integrations

• Work on backend components for job search platforms

• Build modern RESTful APIs and batch services using Python

• Customize services/APIs for various departments within NATO

• Implement Bash tooling stack via Azure CLI

• Lead a team of 10+ engineers working on backend and frontend systems

• Design microservices and integrations with upstream/downstream platforms

• Provide mentoring and feedback to engineers across skill levels

• Manage offshore team across 3 time zones

• Design and implement internal systems and distributed service responsibilities

• Support scripting and service automation tasks using Python

• Replace Elastic Media Transcoder with a custom .NET Core microservice for media processing

• Design and deploy containerized services via er/Kubernetes and integrate into Jenkins pipelines

• Build RESTful APIs and batch services using .NET Core

• Customize services for multi-region deployments
