Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Angular-Entwickler, der seit mehr als 7 Jahren in der kommerziellen Praxis programmiert. Er arbeitet mit Angular seit der Veröffentlichung des Frameworks (Version 2 bis zur aktuellen Version 10), er hat es sowohl bei kleinen als auch bei großen Projekten eingesetzt. Es ist das Framework, mit dem er die meiste Erfahrung hat. Bei seiner Arbeit legt er Wert auf Qualität, effektive Kommunikation, Verantwortlichkeit und Teamleistung. Aufgrund seiner vielfältigen Erfahrungen ist er sehr anpassungsfähig und bringt gerne Best Practices ein, sei es aus eigener Erfahrung oder aus Trends. Er setzt bei seiner Arbeit aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban. Die Kommunikation in Englisch und Deutsch ist für ihn kein Problem. Er würde ein Projekt im Gesundheitswesen besonders bevorzugen, ist aber für alle Bereiche offen. Er hat als Teamleiter gearbeitet, wo er ein 4-köpfiges Mikroteam geleitet hat.
