Test Manager

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Testleiter, der mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im kommerziellen Testen hat. Mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler und mehr als ein Jahr Erfahrung in der Testorganisation unter Verwendung der ISTQB-Methodik. Während seiner Erfahrung hat er auch manuell getestet, bevorzugt aber mehr automatisierte Tests (in seiner derzeitigen Position macht die Automatisierung etwa 40 % der zentralen Tests aus). Er nutzt auch aktiv agile Methoden bei seiner Arbeit, bevorzugt aber die ISTQB-Methodik. Er kann sich problemlos auf Englisch verständigen, hat aber auch ein C1 in Deutsch. In seiner letzten Position leitete er eine Abteilung mit 9 Mitarbeitern, die jedoch viele Auftragnehmer unter ihrer Fuchtel hatten: Mettler Toledo; Wincor Nixdorf; NCR; S&T. Bevorzugt langfristige Vollzeitprojekte, kann aber auch ein kurzfristiges Projekt als Herausforderung annehmen.
