Der Kandidat arbeitet seit dem Jahr 2000 als Projektleiter und ist auch in der Analyse tätig. Bisher hat er an Projekten gearbeitet, bei denen diese beiden Rollen nicht streng getrennt waren, da es manchmal notwendig war, den Analysten zu ersetzen. Er hat Erfahrung mit kleineren Teams, im Durchschnitt etwa 4 Mitglieder. Das größte Team, das er bisher geleitet hat, bestand aus 8 Personen.
