Project Manager & Test Manager

Der Kandidat ist ein sehr ehrgeiziger junger Tester, der sich hauptsächlich dem manuellen Testen widmet und Erfahrung mit API-Tests, SOAP und Backend-Tests hat. Auf der Frontend-Plattform hat er Erfahrung mit Scripting und Logs. Er weiß, wie man mit JIRA und Confluence arbeitet und kennt auch grundlegende SELENIUM-Befehle, die er als Teil seines Hobbys ausführt. Er hat keine spezielle Branche, verfügt aber über sehr gute Erfahrungen im Banken- und Finanzsektor innerhalb seiner Praxis. In seinem derzeitigen Job betreut er ein Team von 7 Personen, denen er Befehle erteilt und Szenarien steuert. Sein Englisch ist auf B2-Niveau und er würde daher gerne ein englischsprachiges Team vermeiden. Sie hat Erfahrung mit Scrum, wo sie in täglichen Besprechungen gearbeitet haben, und verfügt auch über Kenntnisse der Wasserfallmethodik. Als Hobby kennt er die Grundlagen von Java, C , HTML, SQL, Pascal

Internship (2015-2016): Involved in the production and programming of spare sources and cogeneration units, as well as testing and revitalization of spare sources. Assisted with electrical installation of switchboards and revisions.

IT Tester (06/2016-06/2018): Conducted end-to-end testing of mobile and web applications, internal bank systems, and database data checking. Utilized tools such as SoupUI and JIRA for testing and error analysis. Communicated with analysts and had knowledge of banking processes.

IT Tester (06/2018-01/2019): Performed end-to-end testing of mobile and web applications, manual testing, and preparation of test scenarios and data. Supported the test team and engaged in automated testing using Selenium during free time.

Test Manager (01/2019-04/2020): Coordinated the testing process, managed the test team, and oversaw UAT testing. Responsible for delivering test versions to clients and updating test results. Participated in critical situations and system deployments.

Project Test Manager (05/2020-present): Coordinates testing for key bank projects, analyzes requirements, manages a team of testers, and sets test strategies and methodologies. Responsible for test plans, estimation, and monitoring. Coordinates system, integration, and acceptance testing.

Language Skills: Expert in Slovak, intermediate in English and Czech, beginner in German.

Other Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of SQL, XML, LAN/WAN administration, JIRA, and Selenium.
