IT Analyst & Manual Tester

Der Kandidat ist ein Tester mit 8 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf manuelle und Integrationstests. Zu seinen am häufigsten verwendeten Technologien gehören JIRA, Redmine, Youtrack, Mantis, SAS Enterprise Guide und andere. Er hat nichts gegen automatisiertes Testen in einem Projekt, möchte sich aber nicht darauf konzentrieren, da er keine Freude an der Skripterstellung hat. Er setzt bei seiner Arbeit aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban. Er kann sich problemlos auf Englisch verständigen und wendet es gerne in Projekten an. In der Vergangenheit war er auch für die Einarbeitung von jüngeren Kollegen und für die anschließende Aufgabenverteilung zuständig.
