Er hat umfangreiche Erfahrungen mit Microsoft, SQL, Postman, JavaScript, Oracle, UML oder Postgre. So hat er beispielsweise Systeme in Projekten entworfen und integriert sowie Testautomatisierung entworfen und implementiert, die zur Grundlage von Systemzustandsberichten für verschiedene Branchen geworden ist. Besondere Erfahrung hat er mit Scrum. Er spricht fließend Englisch, hat aber auch kein Problem, sich auf Deutsch zu verständigen. Implemented automated testing using Zephyr, Postman, Jenkins, and Postgres.

Test Team Lead (03/2017 - 09/2017): Led a team of 15 people in analyzing and designing testing solutions for credit products in the USA. Managed the project and implemented test automation. Used ITIL, JIRA, and SOAP UI.

Application Operation Team Lead (02/2011 - 03/2017): Managed a team of 4 in supporting the e-billing system for a telecommunications company. Coordinated collaboration between domestic and international teams, automated the system, and performed system migration. Utilized ITIL, UML, HP-UX, Windows Server, and MS SQL Server.

Senior Problem Analyst and Database Analyst (03/2003 - 03/2010): Analyzed problems, prepared management reports, designed testing solutions, and managed the core database for a life insurance system. Used MS SQL Server, Cognos, Test Manager, SQL, and OLAP.
