Der Kandidat ist ein 12 Jahre erfahrener PHP-Entwickler. In seinem aktuellen Job programmiert er in Laravel und Symfony, was er auch gerne beibehalten würde. Die Arbeit in Netta macht ihm nicht wirklich Spaß. Er hat lange Zeit für die Automobilindustrie gearbeitet und genießt die Arbeit in diesem Sektor sehr, obwohl er nichts gegen große Unternehmen, zum Beispiel im Telekommunikationssektor, einzuwenden hätte. In der Vergangenheit hat er ein Team von jüngeren Kollegen betreut und sie haben agil an Projekten gearbeitet. Er beherrscht die englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift, würde aber dennoch gerne ein Projekt in einem englischsprachigen Team vermeiden.
