Sie verfügt über 2,5 Jahre Erfahrung als Scrum Master, hat über ein Jahr lang als Projektmanagerin gearbeitet und war außerdem als Portfoliomanagerin, Projektkoordinatorin und Kundendienstspezialistin tätig. Zu ihren Aufgaben gehörten u.a. die Harmonisierung von Projekten in den lokalen Ländern mit dem System in der Zentrale, die Erstellung von Testfällen, die Koordination von Projekt- und Wartungsteams, die Vorbereitung und Überwachung von Projekten sowie die Umsetzung der agilen Methodik.
